We are looking for an Estates Surveyor to join the AP South West Estates

We are ideally looking for someone with a minerals/waste background, but
understand that we may have to consider candidates with other specialisms.
We also understand that some candidates may specialise in planning, and have
little knowledge or experience of Estates Management, so we are willing to
train people in this area of the work (We will provide training and
development opportunities, regardless of the successful candidates current
level).

We are keen to recruit someone with potential, rather than someone who can
just do the job now. Candidates should be commercially orientated,
flexible, able to work independently and have a willingness to learn.
