Your main duties are to allocate orders between plants, monitoring delivery performance and maintaining contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and that optimum service levels are maintained. You must have excellent communication skills in order to develop and maintain good relationships with customers. You should be able to work well within a team environment, be self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.

Main duties:
* Speak to customers on the telephone.
* Receipt of customers orders
* Schedule orders to ensure optimum use transport
* Liaise with plants and customers to advise of any delivery problems
* Input and maintain orders in Nimrod
* SAP late load reporting
