Working closely with all the relevant departments your responsibilities will extend to both the pre and post tender stages of projects, developing nominated projects from initial details through to approved design details. You will need to liase with the sales team and develop effective design details, which will contribute to securing new orders. Working closely with purchasing you will also assist in identifying alternative suppliers and products


Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the construction market as a Design Development Manager.
In-depth working knowledge of Auto Cad operating systems.
The ability to work on your own initiative or part of a team
Experience of managing a team of key individuals would also be of benefit.
