Construction Site Manager (Cambridge and Slough) Competitive salary plus benefits.

Our client is looking for a Site Manager to organise, manage and deliver the successful/profitable completion of a small project/section of a project.

Duties and Responsibilities
plan/manage resources (people/plant/IT/etc) for the project/section in an efficient and effective manner
manage adherence to, and revision of, construction programmes to ensure that they are up-to-date
ensure that sub-contractors meet their obligations and that contractual variances and scopes are recorded
promote a safety culture to colleagues and sub-contractors on the project/section
ensure that the project/section team adhere to Company Procedures

Qualifications Required
Construction related HNC or Degree, or equivalent practical experience. CSCS card - Site Manager
