Our client is a leading architectural design and landscaping company who are committed to developing landscapes which integrate both functionally and visually with the built from whereby the landscape is an extension of the building.

The Role
The candidate must have experience in the concept and detail design of residential projects. Also with good written, graphic and CAD skills. A proven track record in detailed design and implementation. The ability to project manage landscape work with minimum supervision and yet able to articulate design ideas within an essentially architectural office working environment. A good understanding of time management and fee forecasting with a track record in preparing fee proposals and project resourcing will be needed.

Qualification
BA Landscape Architecture/MA/MPhil/Diploma Landscape Architecture,
Part 3 or 4 Exemption of the Landscape Institute. Design office experience from masterplanning to detailed design and preparation of construction packages.
