Building Surveyor - Wirral 30K + Great Bens

An experience Building Surveyor is required for this successful, Wirral based Insurance Company.

The company has an excellent pedigree winning and qualifying for a series of Insurance Awards over the years, including the Insurance Age Scheme and have also been short-listed for many other National Awards. In addition they have an excellent growth rate and have secured their position as market leader.

The purpose of the role is to provide technical building and construction expertise relating to prospective developers, surveyors and claims.

Resonsibilities include
? Assessment on potential new developers and their current / previous developments. Their development work will be assessed and quantified against a company template.

? Technical advice on claims as well as undertaking site inspections and assessments on more complex claims to assess causes and identify remedial works.

? Ongoing liaison with surveyors on technical matters : must ensure that standards are being maintained and procedures adhered to.

? Ongoing liaison with developers/clients : offer technical advice and guidance.

? Provide advice to the Marketing and Underwriting Departments on technical areas so that team members are fully informed when dealing with potential clients.

You will be a qualified Building Surveyor with 3-5 years post qualifying experience.
