Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham. Competitive Salary plus benefits.

Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for carrying out elements of the QS function as part of a surveying team on a larger project or in a supporting role, or carrying out the QS function on a small sized project under supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities
The main duties of this role are to: -
contribute to the preparation of interim valuations
assist in procuring sub-contracts
measure and valuation of sub-contract accounts
record of information relating to variations and contract claims
contribute to the operation of Company Cost and Value Systems

Qualifications Required:
QS-related Degree or equivalent practical work experience. Studying for MRICS or MCIOB.
