Title: Flood/Water Restoration technician.

Location: London

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

This role is initially part time for two months, with a good possibility of a further contract offer.

Our client is looking for a Flood/Water Restoration technician to work as part of their rapidly expanding leading cleaning company.

Requirements:

· The Candidate is required to have a sound knowledge of flood and water restoration techniques with at least 6 months continuous experience.
· To understand the theory of water damage to most building structures and building contents
· To understand refrigerant and desiccant dehumidifiers, air movers and the relationship they have with each other in relation to drying out.
· To understand the relationship between Relative Humidity, Temperature and moisture content of affected areas.
· Ideally have a sound knowledge of a variety of drying out techniques and the ability to independently solve problem jobs where one particular drying system doesn?t appear to be working.
· Be competent at keeping records, filing reports, taking photos and liasing with insurance companies and policy holders.
· Be able to drive either a ford transit van or ford connect van.
· Willing to work in a fast, demanding and adaptive working environment.
