Pastry Chef - London £18-20k Sociable hours

Our client is looking for 3 x Pastry Chef de Parties to join their team of dedicated and passionate chefs producing the finest quality pastries, cakes and desserts for their restaurant. The role would consist of producing food for banquets and events as well as producing the deserts for their fine dinning restaurant. It is essentially a busy production kitchen working to targets and deadlines.

The role would also involve setting up, organising a section of the pastry kitchen, taking responsibility for Commis chefs and catering assistants, working to deadlines and targets whilst producing continuously high standard of product.
The ideal Pastry Chef for this position will have an internationally recognised catering qualification and have a quantifiable background in plated desserts, baking and international pastries. You must have strong organisational skills and have had previous supervisory experience within pastry.
