Without doubt one of the best Inns in Yorkshire requires a Head Chef to match its reputation and aspirations.
The Inn, based in West Yorkshire, comprises three separate dining areas seating a total of 80 covers, a self contained function suite seating a further 60 covers (100 buffet covers). 20+ Hotel bedrooms. Current business patterns are 40 : 60 covers Monday to Friday evenings, 80 : 100 covers Saturday evenings. Excluding functions. Open for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner seven days a week.
The successful candidate will;
? Be able to demonstrate a successful background working to a minimum of two rosette standard, preferably three or four rosette standard
? Have clearly identifiable Management, Motivational and Coaching skills
? Create stunning menus for a discerning clientele
? Purchase, prepare and present fresh food sourcing local produce to a high standard
? Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of GP% and stock rotation to avoid wastage
? Have a history of compliant food safety management and be committed to on going food safety management systems
? Have an infectious enthusiasm and passion for the food business
? Be capable of setting up and managing an on sight delicatessen and outside catering division
