My client is in the heart of London, a 5 Red Star Property with multi Rosettes. They are currently looking to recruit an Executive Sous Chef to take charge of kitchen operations. You must have 5 star and rosettes background with an eye for attention to detail. You will work 5 days out of 7 in this 7 days a week operation and will include some weekends. You will cope well under pressure and be able to get the most out of your staff. You MUST have multi rosette background and experience in Traditional British Cuisine.
