DEPUTY HEAD HOUSEKEEPER - Warwickshire - £Neg

My client a Group owned Hotel in Warwickshire are looking for a DEPUTY HEAD HOUSEKEEPER to manage the housekeeping department. You will report to the
HEAD HOUSEKEEPER and be responsible for a team of attendants.

This role includes training, scheduling, ordering supplies, checking rooms and motivating the team.

As a Head of Department, you will be responsible for managing your budget and you will ensure that you meet targets set for payroll, spending and stock control. You will ensure that recruitment needs are identified and you will be involved in interviewing prospective Room Attendants and delivering Standards Training.
