LIVE IN MANAGER NEEDED FOR COUNTRY PUB £18-22K. BRACKNELL- BERKSHIRE
My client owns a vibrant county style pub with a strong local community vibe. It prides it self on quality home cooked food and a friendly service. This is a fairly new business and is growing daily. We are looking for an experienced operator with extensive knowledge of the licensed trade to take this venue to another level.

PERSONALITY IS A KEY FACTOR !
The ideal candidate must have a personal licence and have at least two years experience at a management level. They must also have a good working knowledge of the kitchen and finance including stock, GP and PnL.
· We are looking for someone who is not afraid to smile and works well under pressure
· You must be pro active, well organised and extremely motivated.
· You?ll need to think out of the box and be able to market and promote events you have created yourself to increase revenue.
· You must be a good communicator be able to network and relate to people of all levels to guarantee repeat custom.
· You must be a born leader responsible for recruiting and training.
· And most of all you must have a love and passion of the licensed trade and would like run a country pub.
