Team Leader : Altringham, Cheshire.

Full Time Position Up to £25k + bonuses

A dynamic and vibrant company are looking to recruit a Team Leader who will thrive in a target driven, team oriented environment, to work in a lively and energetic contact centre (no cold calling or sales involved).
Our client is a customer focused business which provides a unique service in the insurance market by operating from an online trading platform that allows insurance providers to take advantage of new revenue streams by trading in real time.

As a Team Leader you would be responsible for;

§ Managing the day to day performance of your team (15 : 20 executives)

§ Ensuring individual objectives of executives are being achieved

§ Coaching and mentoring the executives in your team

§ All HR issues surrounding team leadership


Candidates must have the following;

§ Minimum GCSE Maths and English

§ Experience of working in a high volume, target oriented, outbound contact centre environment.

§ Strong team working skills

§ A high degree of customer focus

§ Proficient key board and computer skills

§ Proven track record as a team leader/supervisor in a contact centre with a minimum of three years experience


Shift times between;

Monday : Thursday 10:00am : 8:00pm Friday : 10:00am : 6:00pm

Includes weekends
