A dynamic and vibrant company are looking to recruit people who will thrive in a target driven, team oriented environment, to work in a lively and energetic contact centre.
Our client is a customer focused business which provides a unique service in the insurance market.
We are looking for high quality people with experience in working in a call centre environment to make warm outbound calls (no cold calling or selling involved), in order to verify customer details and identify their needs. As well as updating customer details and transferring calls through to the relevant platform.


Candidates must have the following;

§ Minimum GCSE Maths and English

§ Experience of working in a high volume, target oriented, outbound contact centre environment.

§ Strong team working skills

§ A high degree of customer focus

§ Proficient key board and computer skills


Insurance experience is not essential as all employees will receive an induction program and undergoes a continuous personal development program.

Shift times between;

Monday : Thursday 10:00am : 8:00pm

Friday : 10:00am : 6:00pm

Includes weekends
