Senior EMC / HIRF Consultant : Defence and Aerospace Sector - Leatherhead : Surrey - salary £28k - £38k + Health Insurance + pension + 25 days holiday

The main purpose of the role will be to project manage and perform a range of EMC and HIRF assessments in the defence and aerospace sector. This will involve planning, proposal writing, off-site measurements, theoretical work, results assessment and reporting. Other tasks may include for example contributing to business development.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
-Contribute to planning and implementation of EMC/HIRF trials
-Provide general EMC/HIRF assessments including theoretical work in the defence and aerospace sector
-Technical proposal and report writing
-Contribute to the knowledge within the group
Essential knowledge and experience:
-A good background in EMC/HIRF measurements and theory, familiar with the range of test equipment, able to develop test plans
-Self motivated, organised and able to work well in a team to meet agreed objectives.
-Five years or more work experience in an EMC/HIRF role
