SERVICE SUPPORT ENGINEER
Location -Bristol
Salary Banding - £18,500 - £27,500

Summary of Position
* To deliver and implement aircraft data and web services to specification, cost and customer satisfaction
* To project manage any required customisation of the service for each customer account
* To liaise with customer staff and to build effective relationships with nominated customer focal points
* To administer customer accounts
* To demonstrate, familiarise and troubleshoot the services for customers
* To seek to develop the services to suit customers requirements and to be in line with our clients business planning

This role is aimed at web-based Aircraft Maintenance Data Management Service (CoreFleet). With training the candidates must be capable of advising and training customers on such things as data upload routines and the web analysis tool itself. He/She must be able to produce meaningful reports from aircraft maintenance data and also be able to delivery webinar presentations.

Although this is not a pure software development position, the candidate must be able to create reports by programming in VBA (Visual Basic for Access). Ideally the candidate would have an awareness of HTML programming.

All the candidates must show an interest in aircraft maintenance and reliability data.

* Service Industry mentality

Education/Training
* Degree level or equivalent experience/technical qualification
* Ability to write technical reports
* Ability to present to an audience for service demonstration purposes
