A weighbridge clerk is required who is responsible for organising wagon movement on a daily basis.

Duties will include:
Ensuring all vehicle weights are inputted and recorded.
Inputting vehicle information onto system.
Reconciling loads against orders.
Face to Face liasion with drivers and haulers.
Issuing delivery and load tickets for each vehicle.
liasion with internal departments to include distribution, planning and sales.
Processing despatch paperwork.
Organising adequate haulage to ensure on time deliveries.
Liasion with on site operations staff and contractors.
Producing site reports, data collection and filing.
