The general purpose of this role is to ensure all temporary labour that is supplied to our clients meets the desired criteria along with ensuring sufficient work force numbers are available. Your responsibilities will include recruiting all staff in line with best practice, managing advertising to branch budget, maximise temp margins at every opportunity and utilise all available sources of labour to minimise cost of recruitment, whilst operating in line with company code of conduct.
Carry out all administration in line with best practise and service customers requirements including service reviews. You will ensure offices and desks are in a tidy and presentable manor at all times also answering telephone enquiries in a polite and courteous manner. You will be required to treat all information gained throughout your daily activities as confidential.
Your duties will also include maintaining a pool of quality temp labour which will be immediately available at all times and ensuring that all advertising meets Encores best practice and complies with all relevant codes of conduct.
If you have previous industrial recruitment experience and have knowledge of placing temps within a fast paced office environment we want to hear from you today!!
