The candidate will need to have strong administration skills, be able to use their own initiative, have drive, excellent communication skills, be confident with using word/ excel and the ability to hit the ground running
Administrating all aspects of SAP, TEM and other Management Information Systems relevant to the HR & Training activities.
Resourcing and Recruitment administration & logistics.
Booking training and training events, issuing joining instructions and managing logistics.
Maintaining records including auditing and reporting.
Administering e-learning frameworks.
Purchase orders and invoice admin.
Provision of standard and ad-hoc reports across all HR & Training transactional activities.
Managing invoice/ payment relationships with key external providers and institutions.
Contributing to the development and implementation of admin procedures and systems.
Starters & Leavers administration.
Dealing with Payroll administration and queries using SAP.
Administering Changes in Employees Terms & Conditions.
Administering Pension Letters.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Extensive skills with Spreadsheets/Powerpoint/Word & MailMerge
Ability to plan and deliver own workload
Ability to work with field-based advisors & managers to understand real needs and priorities.
Relationship building skills
Administration Experience from a HR Background in a Multi-site environment
Payroll Experience Preferred
