Sales Administrator - Bath
Package: £15-18,000 plus Pension, Healthcare, Private Health, 25 Days Holiday
My client, a leading supplier of IT & software solutions require a procative Sales Administrator to support a very busy sales department.
You will be responsible for:
? Management of potentially competing workloads from the sales team
? Liaising with prospects and clients by phone
? Secretarial duties extending to diary management and secretarial functions such as minutes and general correspondence.
? Effective organisation of tender submissions, including the creation of documents which may have to be submitted in multiple copies.
? Providing admin support for the sales function
? Handling first line customer sales enquiries
? Generating quotes and admin for demos/visits
? Exhibition administration to support marketing as required
? Creating Sales mail shots and record upkeep
? Liaising with other departments to manage order processing and invoice queries
Skills Required:
? Good numeracy and literacy skills to ensure that pre-qualification questionnaire and tender submissions are of the highest quality
? Good verbal communication skills at all levels including customers
? Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
? The ability to work to tight deadlines without becoming ?flustered? and be able to remain calm when deadlines are approaching.
? Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential) and minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with a great attention to detail.
? A good telephone manner is a must as frequent interaction with clients is part of this role.
? Excellent organisation abilities to able to cope under pressure with a ?can do? attitude
