Sales Administrator required - Based Basildon, Essex. Salary circa 16-18K

Our client is a leading UK health and care information specialist. They publish a range of printed directories, databases and maps. They also produce an innovative online subscription based healthcare reference tool and offer a complete portfolio of marketing services. Our client?s services are designed to facilitate invaluable relationships with both customers and key public sector personnel.

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator.

The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the database and reference sales team. This busy role has a number of jobs that needs completing quickly and accurately when orders and sales come in. The role has a number of set tasks and a number of ad-hoc projects.

Main Tasks:

1. Drawing up order forms in Word.
2. Keeping weekly & monthly sales figures up to date using Excel and Access.
3. Accurately entering order and sales information on to our CRM System.
4. Managing and coordinating monthly and quarterly renewal campaigns.
5. Printing and collation of marketing literature.
6. Collecting, analysing and presenting various results.
7. Stationery ordering and stock maintenance
8. Supporting Sales Administration Manager and sales team members in all aspects of administration
9. Providing administrative support to the MD in the absence of the sales Administration Manager/PA
10. Provide administrative support for events to the Marketing team
11. Provide administrative support to the Pharmaceutical Business Unit
12. Occasional Switchboard cover
13. Other Ad hoc jobs.

Essential requirements:
Work accurately with speed and a high level of attention to detail
Able to prioritise workload from a number of sources
Ability to manage a number of different tasks efficiently at the same time
Ability to produce own documents using Word and Excel quickly and accurately
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communications at all levels.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

GCSE level qualifications

Salary 16-18K

Other Benefits : 25 days Holiday, (plus Bank Holidays ) Death in Service Benefit, Company Contribution pension scheme (after qualifying period)
