Graduate recruitment administrator - Croydon, London
Salary Between 15 to 18k
Data entry on to HR and payroll systems.· Assist in dealing with routine queries. Deal with telephone enquiries from employees and external callers professionally.· Provide cover during times of annual leave and sickness.· Prepare documentation and letters for contractual changes, extensions and transfers, and salary increases, ensuring that Payroll, Pensions and the HR Central Services team are kept informed of event changes.· Manage the administration of joiners, leavers and transfers.· Input staff changes to the HR Database and retrieve data.· Running standard reports as required.· Monitor and record all contract end dates. Support Graduate Recruitment Officers with administrative tasks. Other ad hoc support to the Graduate Recruitment Team. Liaise with other members of the HR teams when necessary
Key Skills
A good level of education and experience of office administration. Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Team player, flexible,
enthusiastic and positive approach.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills .Able to work in a fast paced environment. Committed to own continuous learning and development. Ability to work
independently with little supervision.Customer centred approach.It would also be desirable to have qualifications in administration or secretarial skills with previous
work experience in an HR/Recruitment environment and experience in using an HR database.
