Customer Service/office Manager - Brighton Area
Salary: £23-28,000
Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service/office Manager working for the fastest growing company within the services sector. Reporting directly to the managing director you will be responsible for the day to day operations of a busy office envoirment.
The opportunity
Management of customer service and scheduling, which would include Statistical analysis and other management reporting
Customer service-, Administration and handling of cancellations, refunds and payment queries and reviewing the response of complaints also Handling sales channel customer complaints and Handling management calls requiring action.
Scheduling- quires, Authorising work orders, Liaison with new and existing suppliers regarding rates, Handling queried invoices
Staff Supervision
recruiting, training, motivation and appraisal of their performance
Set personal measures for all Staff
Potential problems flagged to the Managing Director
Qualifications
Degree level education desirable but not essential
Experience
Proven management or supervisory experience
Experience managing a Customer Services environment
Experience of improving efficiency/reorganising a busy office envoirment
Knowledge
Intermediate/advanced microsoft office
