Customer Finance assistant - West Yorkshire - Bradford - £14.5K per annum + Benefits
Our client is looking for a Customer Finance Assistant to work for its busy offices in Bradford.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- To minimise arrears and credits on customer accounts
- Liaise and provide advice, support and guidance
- Resolve queries relating to Housing Benefit
- Ensure the highest level of service is delivered
- Monitor and reconcile customer finance accounts
- Minimise complaints
- Investigate all credits and arrears
This role is an administrative / customer service role in the finance department. The ideal candidate will be self disciplined and have the ability to work under pressure.
Good admin or customer service skills are required as well as the ability to use basic computer applications such as word etc.
Hours of work are 9-5pm Mon-Fri. 1 hour lunch. 35 hours per week
