Responsibilities:

To manage & co-ordinate all pre-qualification questionnaires and required documentation for clients on behalf of Business Development Directors / Managers.
This will involve using available company information and co-ordination with specific company departments (ie purchasing / compliance)
Manage & track all OJEU (tender) notifications and inform the relevant Business Development Directors /Managers
To provide information for and to assist in the preparation and production of proposal submissions
Support the creation & production of specific client documentation & proposals using adobe creative suite and liaise with the relevant Business Development Directors / Managers & Bid Support Managers
Participate in the creation and production of sales presentations using Microsoft power point and flash media player
Arrange and co-ordinate the bid launch meetings / internal client meetings / bid adjudication meetings
Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is in order for assigned responsibilities within the Business Development Team
To support Business Development Directors / Managers in general issues of administration and client related activities
To support the requirements of any frequent reporting requirements for Business Development Directors / Managers

Essential Elements:

This position requires skills that include the ability to be numerate, accurate, and able to work to deadlines
Should be computer literate with Advanced Microsoft Word, Intermediate PowerPoint & Excel and knowledge of filing systems
Skills should also include knowledge of Lotus Notes and an understanding of Notes based databases would be useful.
Good communication skills
An obvious empathy with customers and clients, an ability to quickly develop relationships.
