Business Administrator - Luton

Package: Up to £22,000 plus Pension, Healthcare, Private Health, 25 Days Holiday

My client, a leading supplier of IT & software solutions require a Business Administrator to provide a range of Sales and Finance related administration services to directors and Managers within the organisation and external customers.

You will be responsible for:

Sales/Order Processing

? Preparation of small or ?off the shelf? quotations
? Collation of third party quotation documents
? Quotation follow up calls
? Management of unsolicited sales enquiries
? Identification and recording of all sales opportunities
? Production of SOP sheets
? Production of order acknowledgements following order authorisation
? Entry of new order details into Business Management Spreadsheet
? Entry of new order details onto Implementation Log
? Preparation of GM returns for review with Unit Manager
? Preparation of Order Book forecast from BMS for review with Unit Manager

Implementation

? Management of consumable stock levels (e.g. cables and connectors)
? Regular review of progress and update of I-Log accordingly.
? Escalation of any issues to Implementation Manager.
? Management of Good In/Goods Out
? Preparation of Stock Report returns for review with Unit Manager.
? Fielding supplier queries regarding payment

Invoicing & Accounts

? Raising invoice requests in line with payment profiles.
? Maintaining invoice forecast.
? Reviewing invoice requests and any delayed invoicing with Unit Manager
? Investigating debtor issues which need management within the Business Unit and escalating to appropriate individual.
? Checking of Expense Claims to ensure they all fully complete and with supporting receipts and recharging of expenses where appropriate

General Administration

? Booking of meeting rooms for team members
? Raising of Hotel Booking requests for team members
? Monitoring of timesheets
? Meeting minutes

To be considered, you must possess excellent Administration experience in both a Sales & Finance capacity and possess the ability to develop strong business relationships with Internal & external customers.
