To support procurement and supply chain teams in order to ensure appropriate levels of service are given to business operations. To provide first response to general enquires and pro- actively ensure that enquires are resolved in keeping with internal/ external stakeholders requirements.
Responsible for providing administrative and travel support to the P & SC team.
Responsible for operating the Procurement business support (Helpdesk) as a first point of contact providing a source of information and support. Ensuring appropriate routing of questions. Ensuring customers are satisfied with responses . Ensure documentation is maintained. Provide helpdesk service to suppliers.
Need to:
Prepares Excel spreadsheets, graphs, Powerpoint and word documents quickly and accurately.
liaise closely with the travel company to ensure travel are arrangements.
liaise with all level of management to arrange conferences, meetings and appointments.
Oversees the general maintenance of the office and office machinery.
Keeps up to date distribution lists for all types of correspondence.
Ensure all queries are dealt with promptly.
Essential
