Administrator - Nursing Home - Bradford : West Yorkshire : £15k-£16K per annum + excellent benefits package.

Our client is looking for an Administrator to work in one of its nursing homes in Bradford.

Main Responsibilities

? To implement and maintain administration and financial systems as determined by companies policies and procedures in addition to any external monitoring requirements.
? To assist the Home Manager in debt management, initiating recovery actions where necessary. This includes the prompt and accurate posting and allocation of cash received.
? To provide administration support to the home, including typing or correspondence, reports and minutes of meetings.
? To co-ordinate and provide support for meetings, including attending and take minutes where appropriate.
? To assist the Home Manager in aspects of business planning, budgeting and other initiatives.
? To administer and manage on a day-to-day basis systems relating to staff, i.e. payroll, absence and sickness monitoring, including maintaining staff records.
? To process all incoming and outgoing post.
? To establish and maintain filing systems on behalf of the home to provide secure retrievable storage of documents, ensuing these are held within Anchors retention procedures, and archiving where appropriate.
? To ensure the work environment is managed in an efficient and effective manner paying particular attention to Anchors Health and Safety Procedures.

Main skills required

? Experience of working in a busy office environment, providing a quality and reliable service to customers.
? Experience of using a variety of IT packages including finance, word, excel etc.
? Committed to the provision of a customer focused service.
? Ability to demonstrate organisational and planning skills, prioritising work in order to provide a quality service.
