The main responsibilities for the position are general administrative duties, processing invoices and purchase orders through SAP, dealing with customer queries and preparing information for month end reports.
Suitable candidates will be able to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a busy team and be confident with meeting tight deadlines whilst continuing to project a professional image to customers and suppliers.
Computer literacy is essential along with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and telephone skills are also essential.
Some industry knowledge would be an advantage.
