Senior Outsourcing Manager - Exeter - £35,000 - £45,000 plus a highly competitive benefits package

As a Senior Manager the Outsourcing team you will have responsibility for growing the business and delivering high quality service and solid technical advice to your clients.

You will need to show that you can deliver excellence to tight deadlines, and be willing to adopt a flexible ?hands on? approach in order to achieve this. You will be comfortable with a client facing role and have the ability to look at the bigger picture where appropriate.

Qualifications and skills:

* ACA/ACCA qualified ideally from a progressive accountancy practice
* Proven experience of forging successful business relationships
* Up to date accounting knowledge
* Audit, accounts preparation and tax experience
* Experience of Sage Line 50 & Quickbooks would be an advantage
* Excellent client handling skills: creation of trust, management of expectations, delivery and responsiveness
* Experienced people manager, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
* Highly organised and able to meet deadlines consistently
