Senior Customer Finance Advisor : West Yorkshire - Bradford - salary £16k - £17k + Benefits

The main purpose of this role is to help Customer Finance Advisors offer a high standard of customer service by effectively supervising the enquiries and finance processes. To act as a point of reference and provide support to the Customer Finance Advisors. To process customer enquiries ensuring compliance with financial policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

? Perform Customer Finance Advisor duties, ensuring that all enquiries comply with companies policies and processes.
? Provide continuous systems, process and policy training to members of the team and act as a coach in sharing knowledge and improving personal performance.
? Assist the immediate manager with regular system and process quality checks and feed back to team members appropriately.
? Assist in measuring customer satisfaction, including call monitoring, organisation of mystery shopping exercises and satisfaction surveying
? Manage, prioritise and delegate workloads within the team, including data maintenance.
? Manage a process to maximise the potential of all enquiries
? Assist with coaching and training of team members by acting as a point of reference and sharing knowledge to improve personal performance.
