The main purpose of the role is to consolidate and validate the companies Service Charge Budgets. Its is also to ensure the companies Service Charge accounts are accurate and to effectively manage, coach and develop the team on a day-to-day basis.

Main Responsibilities of the role

-Manage the performance of 3 Assistant Accountants
-Ensure scheme accounts are reviewed monthly
-Control the compilation of the annual budget
-Compile monthly management reports
-Conduct high level analysis on scheme accounts
-Identify improvements through reviewing processes

Ideally you will have some housing experience and have an accounting qualification or have been in a similar post for 3 years.
