* To deliver and collect vehicles,
*Meet and greet customers at the airport,
* Arrange rentals,
*Explain all the insurance options and rental charges to customers,
*Manage customer issues/concerns regarding rentals.
The right candidate will have:
*Good communication skills (both written and verbal),
*Experience in customer service,
*Computer Literate,
*A full driving licence,
*Ability to work as part of a team,
*Problem solving skills.
