Our client is a nationally based specialist in all aspects of voice, data and document solutions. They have been established for 20 years and are continue to experience substantial year on year growth due to both strategic acquisitions as wells as the strength of their employees.
They require a Contracts and Invoicing Operations Manager to join their existing team and contribute a high level of skill and determination to maintain quality and service excellence. Successful candidates will have the following:
? High degree of customer focus
? Communication skills at all levels
? High attention to detail
? Ensure best practice policy is in place for all policies and procedures
? Experience in handling personnel issues including absence, disciplinary and motivation
The core elements of this position require the individual to be responsible for improving and maintaining the operation of the contracts and invoicing department and being actively involved in change management process at all times in order to support and manage the growth of the business and changes in working practices.
