SUMMARY
Our client is a Bristol based rapidly expanding niche financial consultancy business, which provides US owned high tech enterprises with the support they need to operate successfully worldwide.
As a recognised expert in their field they are growing at an exceptional rate and are looking for motivated team players who would enjoy the challenge of working in a unique, international environment, where success is driven by results and a high quality client service.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES

Develop a structured Affiliate ?program?
Assess and secure new Affiliates in line with business expansion on worldwide basis
Review and assess existing Affiliates ?fit for purpose? going forward
Develop best working practices and promote to all Affiliates
Set up communications program to keep affiliates updated and motivated
Negotiate appropriate fee structures, payment terms
Work closely with CSD?s (Client Service Director) and HOD?s (Head of Department) and troubleshoot as appropriate


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
The ideal candidate will be a:
-Strong negotiator
-Highly commercial
-Excellent communicator
-Fluent in English and ideally at least one other language
-Understands the ?financial services? market so a professional qualification would help ie CA or CIMA
-International exposure on the worldwide stage and truly multi-cultural in outlook
-May come from a Procurement or International Commercial Management role where familiar with identifying and signing up new suppliers
