Collections Officer - Leeds - £14k - £17k

Established client within the Leeds area is currently expanding their collections team and looking for experienced staff to carry out the following duties:

· Dealing with inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding debt

Liaising with third parties in order to resolve individual queries and complaints
· Negotiating and arranging payment plans

Ensure all accounts are worked with the highest level of professionalism possible
Ensure every avenue is explored to gain payment in full of all arrears outstanding
Various administration duties on rota basis

Candidates must possess the following skills/experience

Previous collections experience
Excellent communication skills
GCSE Level of English and Maths
