Our client is a Bristol based rapidly expanding niche financial consultancy business, which provides US owned high tech enterprises with the support they need to operate successfully worldwide.

The Account Director / Client Service Director / Account Manager role is aimed at qualified financial / accountancy candidates who have chosen to steer their career in client satisfaction, account management and business development.

THIS ROLE WOULD DEFINITELY SUIT A FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, FINANCIAL CONTROLLER, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OR EQUIVALENT WHO HAS WORKED IN AN SME
CORE RESPONSIBILITES
-Develop strong relations with senior client personnel.
-Coordinate company departments to best serve your clients
-Keep board Directors appraised of developments/issues with your Clients .
-Use effective people management skills to ensure all departments are committed and motivated to servicing your client needs
-Project Management : Identify tasks, distribute /delegate work accordingly, set timescales, track performance , communicate updates regularly to Client.
-Partner the Business Development department to effectively develop new clients and markets.
-Work with other CSD?s to standardise the role through project tools, aide memoirs, regular meetings etc.
-Contribute to the identification and recommendation of methods of improving quality of service and operational effectiveness within the organisation
-Demonstrate a corporate attitude and always manage with the best interests of the organisation
-Contribute to strategic projects when required
