CFO, Technology Services Company - Thames Valley £150k
Our Client is a Global leader in the provision of technology products and services. With its primary position confirmed within its sector, we require an excellent CFO to drive future growth and improvement within the business. This role will be working closely with the CEO, and require excellent communications skills both internally and with investors/analysts etc.
The company is likely to seek an IPO within the next two years and therefore experience of this process is critical. Knowledge of working within a fast moving high technology market is also crucial. Attention to detail is key as is a strategic view of how the business may be better shaped to meet the evolving demands of the industry. Good people, man management skills are imperative, and ability to front presentations to investors, analysts alike is important. A blend of strategic and operational efficiency is required including a strong cashflow management background.
An excellent Chartered Accounting background and proven experience with new technology/software sectors are key.
