Accounts Assistant - Full Time Or Part Time - £15k - £22k Pro Rata - Baldock, Hertfordshire
One of the UKs longest established tourism technology suppliers based in Baldock, Hertfordshire, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on either a full time or part time (9.30am - 3.30pm for example) basis and be responsible for efficient processing of the sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control.
Your duties would include:
? To input supplier invoices and expense claims onto the purchase ledger
? To process payments.
? To raise sales invoices in a timely and effective manner and input onto the sales ledger
? To ensure all transactions are authorised and processed accurately.
? To monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices.
? To deal with and resolve all purchase and sales ledger related queries.
? To prepare and assist management with various ad hoc tasks and administrative duties where necessary.
You will be a proficient user of SAGE, Excel & other Microsoft packages, be a good communicator, have excellent organisation skills and be a real team player.
In addition you will be someone who is not afraid to ask questions and be able to work effectively for a number of Senior Managers and Directors.
